Hi, I'm Nard — a full-stack and creative web developer from Cebu, Philippines. I'm currently working as an Automations Specialist at PRIME, shipping AI-assisted platforms that replace manual operations — AI phone agents, email and SMS triage, instant-quote engines, client portals, campaign sequencers. Before PRIME I spent a year and a half building HIPAA-compliant healthcare apps in Angular + NestJS at Strongwill IT Solutions, and before that I worked across web and sound design at G Angle Entertainment Cebu Inc. (six years total, including five years designing audio for AAA and live-service games). I'm stack-agnostic on purpose — whatever ships the outcome.
