CarSpot

A car marketplace for the Philippine market, where private sellers and dealers list vehicles and buyers search, filter, and enquire. Listings sit on a structured Brand → Model → Variant → Body Type catalogue seeded with 331 real trims, so a search resolves to an actual variant rather than free text someone typed. Sellers register and manage their own listings with photos uploaded straight to S3 through presigned URLs; dealers get a profile page with an embedded map; admins work a moderation queue that gates every listing before it reaches public inventory. Enquiries route to the listing's real seller, and sellers accumulate ratings and reviews under their own eligibility and moderation rules. Live at carspot.com.ph on an Angular front end and a NestJS + MongoDB API.

Built in partnership with Eve Anthony Rondina — two developers, no lead between us. We split the work across the project's life, from the original Angular build through the 2026 NestJS API rewrite, the auth, reviews, leads and moderation features, and the UI redesign.
