An AI-powered client-communications platform — an inbox that triages email with human-in-the-loop review, a knowledge-grounded chat widget, a Retell voice agent with live sentiment, a nine-phase client journey engine, and a collections sequencer with Promise-to-Pay logic. Built as a full standalone showcase: ~49k lines, 32 Prisma models, 80 API routes, and 22 pages, with a partner integration API, an event-driven automation engine, AI-drafted release notes generated straight from git history, and role-based access across four tiers.
