A long-running enterprise healthcare operations platform serving the US Home Health and Hospice industry — an Angular 20 admin console on top of a NestJS API. I joined an established codebase alongside a team of developers; the product shipped years before I was hired. My work focused on refining Angular/TypeScript performance, iterating on features, and maintaining third-party integrations (real-time video visits via Agora, AWS Bedrock/Textract/Transcribe, document pipelines, cron jobs) under HIPAA constraints.

Joined an existing codebase as one of several contributors — not the author of the platform. Work covered feature delivery, performance refinement, integration maintenance, and HIPAA-aligned workflows.
