Prime PM

An agency client and project management dashboard built around a draggable canvas view — React Flow plus dagre auto-layout — of client and project cards. Weekly updates and meeting transcripts stream from VTT files through S3/MinIO, scope tabs track each project, a pods and role hierarchy governs permissions, and a bearer-token API (read/write and read-only scopes) lets AI agents post their own weekly updates directly.

A multi-developer internal tool owned by another maintainer. My contribution: canvas UX (React Flow drag, multi-select, auto-arrange), the role-hierarchy and pods permission model (capability-based gating), the SSO app launcher, Supabase auth unification, and the PrimeVault link-out — shipped via PRs into a shared development branch.
