Schilmoeller & Schoenfield Packet Assembler

A deterministic, fully-offline tax packet assembler — deliberately rules-based, not AI, so zero client PII ever leaves the machine. It reads a per-client folder and ProSeries export, generates a personalized transmittal letter on locked firm letterhead, auto-selects the right federal and state filing instructions from more than 50 possible documents, and merges everything into one branded, portal-ready client packet. A localhost Flask shell offers an editable letter preview and an IRS Direct Pay toggle, with hard security guards — unsafe network paths are blocked, an egress-audit test suite runs continuously, and the only network call is a PII-free "packet ready" notification.
