Spreadsheet imports feed a self-hosted Playwright harvest worker that pulls market value, net-appraised value, and per-jurisdiction tax rates, validating prior-year rates against line-item sums. Match-verification and confidence scoring flag uncertain results instead of guessing, every harvested number gets an audit screenshot, and low-confidence cases route to a human review queue with a deep link to the live county page. A county adapter registry — led by two portal vendors covering roughly 80% of counties — tracks per-county success rate and portal health, and results export in the client's exact spreadsheet format.
