OBJECTIVE

An internal admin dashboard automating client onboarding, communication, and collections for a property tax appeal firm. Nine-phase client journey engine with auto-advancing touchpoints, invoice lifecycle (draft → paid with void/unvoid journey revert), collection campaign sequencer with aging buckets, and an event-driven automation rules engine. Every page ships with a practice-mode tutorial and dummy data.
